Prices and GST
All prices are expressed in Australian dollars, and where applicable, include GST. We aim to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, however, we reserve the right to amend or change prices without any notice.
If you notice any damage on online orders when they arrive, please contact us and attach photographic evidence to email@example.com. While our products are packaged securely, please notify us of any damage due to weather or transportation.
When you place an order, you will receive email confirmation of your order soon after. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorised your credit card (if this is your selected payment method). Once it is confirmed to be in stock, it will be immediately shipped to you.

We do not offer a cash refund for the return of online purchases, unless the item is faulty, provided that the product is unused. We do offer exchanges for goods purchased online to products of an equal or greater value, provided that it is in its original and saleable condition. If it is of a lesser value, we will provide you with a store credit.
