We understand the struggle of poor vision and how it can impact your life. This is why we want to provide quick and easy emergency glasses to you as soon as possible. Whether you have lost them, broken them, or misplaced them.
This service is only available at our Gilles Street location.
All single vision lenses are made locally at the ZEISS lab, to ensure quality and swiftness at your convenience.
If your prescription is out of date, it is required for you to book an appointment to have your eyes tested first.
So, whats the process for replacement glasses?
The first step is to contact us or visit us in-store to let us know that you’re looking for emergency glasses. We will have a look at your prescription to make sure it is within the parameters and take measurements in your new frame. Then, the glasses will be ordered for you and you will receive them within the 3-day turn-around.

- Stock single vision lenses only (clear)
- Frames and lenses must be in stock. Enquire via call, email or in-store
- No appointment required unless you do not have a current glasses prescription
