It is time for another Pascali drop for our newest frame, JAMES!

 

Last year we saw the launch of our first high-end glasses brand, Pascali, and the response couldn’t have been better! With the ethos of mixing vintage with contemporary, many took a liking to the brand, especially with the free range of colour/pattern choice.

 

The man behind the brand, our practice owner and optometrist: ‘Paul Fotkou’ said that overall the success of the brand has been fantastic, but it feels like there is something missing…

 

“With the overall success of our brand, we wanted to be able to give our clients more choice when it comes to shape.”

 

From this, we are so happy to introduce the newest model into the Pascali family:

 

JAMES

This bold frame stands out fair and square!

WHAT IS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE NEW FRAMES?

The name ‘James’ is inspired by Paul’s son, James. The Pascali brand however, is inspired by supporting local and creating here instead of overseas. It is simple enough to have production lines overseas pumping out frames for less quality, but this does not appeal to the Pascali brand.

 

With our new frame, we wanted to continue the consistency of having it made locally. Being able to go through the process of how a frame is made, choosing the unique shape and colours is a humbling and exciting experience.

 

You are really able to appreciate the hard work and thought process that went into each and every frame.

 

There are currently 6 available colours which will be showcased to you in this post. Starting with the tort frame.

 

THE SAGE TORTOISE

This frame is a delight to wear, with the speckled yellows coming through the front of the frame and the light sage peeping around the side, it has certainly caught people’s attention!

WHY THE SHAPE?

In comparison to the other unique frames, we wanted to go for a more structured and classic look. The James frame would suit any face shape since it has that standard rectangle shape.

 

The next pattern involves vibrant stripes, with a mix of blue, pinks and whites.

ROCK CANDY

This frame is more for the flamboyant and colourful soul. Having the multiple colours coming through means that with different lighting you can notice the fun colours!

DOES THE JAMES FRAME SUIT EVERYONE?

With our whole Pascali range, we take into consideration that there are a wide range of people, ages, styles etc. that way we are able to accommodate for a wider range of people.

 

Our range consists of neutral, conservative tones all the way to bright and colourful tones.

 

JUST PEACHY

The peachy vibes from this frame give off a fresh and soft look. Perfect in the warmer months and also to brighten up your wardrobe throughout the cooler months.

HOW CAN I DRESS WITH THE JAMES FRAME?

The James can be dressed as a classic look (suit, work outfit, neutral tones) or at the other end of the spectrum, a statement look (bright colours, different patterns).

 

You have the chance to experiment with tones and colours and see where your style leads you!

RUBY

This deep red is rare to find! It gives the wearer that regal and royal look whilst complimenting the skin tone. Perfect for events or work where you need to dress professional but can have that subtle colour showing.

 

CLEAR HORN

 

Model is wearing Pascali JAMES in full tort.

This pattern is very unique. In person, you’ll notice that you can see through the frame, and there are lines of brown hues throughout. Another pair of glasses which gives off a sophisticated vibe.

 

JET BLACK

And finally, the last of the Pascali drop. the jet black frame. This is the strongest of our JAMES frame and suits more masculine features. It’s always necessary to have a black frame since they are a go to for something simple that will match any outfit.

 

Much like our original two Pascali models SARAH and PASCALI, the JAMES is one of a kind and made individually for every customer. The entirety of your glasses from frame to lens are made here in Adelaide, supporting local businesses at the top of their field.
