Yes, we accept all major health funds. You can claim your rebate in-store or request an itemised receipt for online claims.

All glasses lenses have UV protection.

We follow a set protocol before considering a refund. If you’re experiencing an issue with your glasses, we’ll first assess the lenses or frame either in-store or, if needed, through our supplier. In many cases, the issue may be a simple fix — like a loose screw, missing nose pad, or frame adjustment — which we can resolve on the spot. If a product is classified as faulty after being assessed by the manufacturer, we will provide a new frame/lenses. In the case of no resolution Our goal is always to find the best solution for you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
